This has to be one of the easiest and loveliest ways to get a bit of Omega-3 in your diet. Take note: anything derived from soy beans is technically not considered Paleo, so this recipe falls smack-bang in the middle of my ‘Not-Quite-Paleo’ food. But if you eat Strictly Paleo then you probably knew that already and the title would have put you off by now, so you probably wouldn’t be looking at this recipe anyway 😉
